The straw gets its unique golden colour from its ideal storage conditions and because it is dried in the sun for at least five days without being touched by rain. This bedding will make it easier for your small animal to construct a cosy home – it serves as a nesting material, stays dry and regulates the temperature.

Directions for use
Animals like to nibble on clean straw. Remove soiled straw daily and replace with new straw. For the ideal set-up in your small animal's home, we recommend a combination of several layers of litter, depending on the species (see table).
Directions for use:
1. Add as bedding on top of the normal litter depending on the species.
2. To keep the cage hygienic, give it a thorough clean on a regular basis – at least once a week.
3. Disposal in household or organic bin (observe regional disposal regulations); compostable.
